Global Kinect EOR

Hire the person, not the entity.

Employ people in 55 countries across the Middle East and Africa without an entity of your own. One contact and one invoice, whichever countries you hire in.

What you no longer wait for.

  1. Months to register an entity before anyone can be hired.
  2. Licences and registrations, again in every new country.
  3. Labour law, contracts and leave rules you have not worked with before.
  4. Social insurance and tax filings to set up, then keep current.
  5. A different provider, and a different invoice, in every market.

And the person you wanted has taken another offer.

From your choice of hire to their first payday.

  1. You choose the person

Who you hire, the role and the salary package.

  3. They are paid locally

In their local currency, with the statutory filings handled.

  4. You get one invoice

Every country you hire in, on the same invoice.

What is handled, and what you decide.

Questions about Global Kinect EOR

What is Global Kinect EOR?

Global Kinect EOR lets a company employ people in 55 countries across the Middle East and Africa without opening an entity of its own. You choose the person and the role. The employment is put in place under local law. Each person is paid in their local currency. The statutory filings are handled. You have one named contact and one invoice across every country.

How quickly can someone start?
It depends on the country, and on whether the person already has the right to work there. A work permit adds the time that country's authorities take to issue it. Either way, it is far sooner than opening an entity, which takes months.
Can we move to our own entity later?
Yes. Once your own entity is ready, your people can move across to it. If you want them still paid every month in local currency, with benefits and compliance handled, PEO does that for people you employ.
What happens when someone leaves?
Offboarding follows that country's law, from notice through to the final settlement. Any end-of-service entitlement due is part of it.
