What it replaces.

  1. Contracts in one folder, visas in a spreadsheet and salaries in payroll, none of them agreeing.
  2. A visa that runs out because nobody was watching the date.
  3. A pay rise agreed by email and entered twice, once for HR and once for payroll.
  4. Nobody sure which version of a contract is the signed one.

Questions about workforce records

What does Global Kinect's workforce module hold?

Each employee's record holds their contract, their pay and how it has changed, their documents and their visa, with an organisation chart across the workforce. Visas, documents and contracts coming up for expiry are listed first. The salary on the record is the salary payroll pays, and approved pay and bank changes update it.

Can we bring our existing employee records across?
Yes. Employee records come across by file, and each one is checked as it arrives.
Who can see an employee's salary?
Only the roles you allow. Access is set by role, so each person sees only what their role permits.
Does it hold contracts too?
Yes. Each contract is held with its status, from draft to active, and contracts coming up for renewal are listed before they fall due.
