Your clients see their own.

Each client signs in to its own portal and sees only its own people, requests and invoices.

  1. Its own portal

Engagements, people, invoices and requests, for that client alone.

  2. Its people

Name, role, location and start date, never their pay.

  3. Its invoices

Each with its month and its status.

  4. Requests

Hiring, ending an engagement or changing pay, sent to you to action.

From pipeline to engagement.

A deal won in the CRM becomes an engagement, and the client appears in your book, set up once.

We serve your book. We do not approach your clients.

Questions about Client Book

What is Global Kinect's Client Book?

Client Book is for firms that run payroll for clients of their own, such as payroll companies, accountancy firms, EOR providers and BPOs. Each client is kept separate, with its own engagements, countries and fees, and your markup and each client's invoice are worked out from the payroll. Each client has its own portal, showing its own people, requests and invoices.

How are clients kept separate?
Each client holds its own engagements and people, and a client's portal shows only that client. Nobody signed in as one client can see another.
What does a client see?
Its own engagements, people, invoices and requests. It never sees anyone's pay, identity documents or your margin.
Can each client have a different set-up?
Yes. Each engagement has its own countries, delivery model, fees and legal entities. Pay dates follow each country's monthly payroll.
Who runs the payroll?
Global Kinect runs the gross-to-net calculation each month. The employing entity submits the files and pays.
