What stays with your entity when payroll is outsourced
When we run your payroll, your own entity stays the employer and the filer. What we do, what stays with your entity, and which files it submits in each country.
What stays with your own entity when Global Kinect runs your payroll?
Your entity stays the employer, the visa sponsor and the filer. It submits each government file, pays each salary and owes each end of service amount. We run the calculation and produce the files, payslips and ledger journal, and you approve them before delivery. Your money never passes through us, and no filing authority is handed over.
See where the line sits, task by task
Outsourcing payroll to us moves the calculation and the paperwork. It moves nothing else.
| Task | Who does it |
|---|---|
| The gross-to-net calculation | We do |
| The bank file, the government files, the payslips and the ledger journal | We produce them |
| Approving the month's outputs | You do |
| Submitting each government file | Your entity |
| Paying salaries and contributions | Your entity |
| Employment contracts and visa sponsorship | Your entity |
| End of service | We calculate it each month. Your entity owes and pays it |
| The relationship with each authority | Your entity |
| Keeping the calculation current when a rule changes | We do |
Keep your money in your own hands
No salary, contribution or tax passes through us. Your entity pays from its own accounts, as it does today.
Nothing has to be unwound if you leave. The payments were always your entity's own.
Change provider without changing your registrations
Your entity's registrations, its logins with each authority and its filing history stay where they are. We need none of them handed over.
Nothing about how your entity deals with the authorities has to change before your first run.
Know which files your entity submits, country by country
Each country has its own files. We produce them, and your entity submits them.
| Country | What your entity submits and pays |
|---|---|
| Saudi Arabia | The salary file to Mudad, and the GOSI schedule to GOSI |
| The UAE | A WPS salary file for each establishment, through its bank or exchange house, and the pension schedule for its Emirati nationals |
| Qatar | The WPS salary file through its bank, and the social insurance schedule to GRSIA |
| Kuwait | The salary file to its bank, and the PIFSS schedule to PIFSS |
| Bahrain | The WPS salary file through the LMRA's portal, and the SIO schedule to SIO |
| Oman | The WPS salary file through its bank, and the contributions schedule to the Social Protection Fund |
| Egypt | The bank file to pay salaries, Form 4 to the Egyptian Tax Authority, and the NOSI return to NOSI |
Each country's payroll brochure sets out its files in full.
Approve every month before anything is delivered
Nothing is delivered until you have approved it. You see the month's figures before your entity submits or pays anything.
The full calculation history and audit trail behind every figure stays open to you.
Hear about a rule change before it reaches your run
Our engines absorb a rule change before your next payroll. You are told what changed and what it does to your figures.
Your entity still files under the new rule, as it would have anyway. The difference is that the files arrive already right.
Choose a different service if this is not the fit
This is payroll for an entity of your own. Two other needs have their own service.
Employing people in a country where you have no entity is Global Kinect EOR.
If you would rather someone else paid your people and handled the filings, that is PEO, part of Global Kinect EOR. It pays your people every month in their local currency, with benefits and compliance handled.
